Jean Baptiste is the MIS Technical Specialist for the West Africa Cashew-IN program, and is based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. He is an IT professional passionate about project management and data-driven decisions. Prior to this, Jean Baptiste worked as an IT project manager in Côte d’Ivoire on behalf of Think Data Services, on a project to digitize the management processes of Fairtrade-certified cocoa-producing cooperatives. He has also worked as an IT officer in both Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire for the International Cocoa Initiative Foundation, in the fight against child labor in cocoa-producing regions. Jean Baptiste has extensive experience in IT project management in rural areas. He is now pursuing an Engineering Master Executive degree in Data Science at ISM – Paris and holds a Master’s degree in Project Management.
