Cecelia is an Associate at DG. She holds a BA in Global Studies from Temple University. Prior to joining DG, Cecelia worked in various programmatic and research roles revolving around workforce development, human services, and the four phases of emergency management. Previously, Cecelia has volunteered and partnered with government agencies, nonprofits, and private sector organizations based in the United States, focused on disaster preparedness, food insecurity, work readiness training, and bail reform.

In her free time, Cecelia enjoys being active and involved in her local community. You can typically find her taking a hike with her dog, exploring coffee shops, attending live shows, reading nonfiction, and embarking on adventures through traveling. A few fun facts about Cecelia are that she is left-handed and studied abroad in Cape Town, South Africa, during her junior year of college.

Cecelia currently supports three projects: the Tobacco Control Data Initiative (TCDI), Early Grade Education Activity (ASAS) Program, and the Data on Youth and Tobacco in Africa (DaYTA) project.
