Ayisolwainkosi Ncube is a Data Scientist with over 15 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and ICT for Development (ICT4D). He has led efforts in high-impact programs across the public disaster recovery, agriculture, public health in the private and public development sectors. He specializes in analytics, strategic information, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E). In previous roles as a Technical Lead for several projects, he spearheaded the development of advanced data solutions, including interactive dashboards and AI- powered tools that have enhanced decision-making and improved program performance.

He holds an Executive MBA and an MSc in Applied Data Science and Analytics. Proficient in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Python, Ayisolwainkosi has designed and implemented efficient data systems and developed predictive models for different fields. His experience spans managing cross-functional teams, advising national government departments, and integrating automation and efficiency in analytics workflows for large-scale projects.
