Fernando leads all digital development work at DG, overseeing a team of software developers around the world, leading international client relationships, project budgeting, and technology selection advisory. He focuses on delivering high-quality, stable, and sustainable products, with an emphasis on user interface and user experience design. Fernando holds over a decade of experience leading technical teams and developing software solutions across a variety of platforms.
With DG since 2008, Fernando has served as technical lead for projects with UNDP, IADB, European Commission, EITI Secretariat, and national governments worldwide. He has extensive in-country experience across Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
