Mohammed Ghazal

Mohammed Ghazal is a Data Advisor on DG’s ESAS Jordan project and is based in Amman, Jordan. Mohammed brings over 9 years of experience in international development, specializing in data management, digitalization, and technical advisory roles. He has spearheaded data and information management roles at GIZ, IRC, and MdM in collaboration with various international stakeholders.

With a master’s degree in Data Science from the University of East London and a bachelor’s in Computer Science from Yarmouk University, Mohammed is adept at leveraging technology for social impact. His expertise spans software development, data management and governance, and project management as demonstrated through his pivotal contributions to projects spanning diverse sectors, including the environment, healthcare, social protection, climate change, and energy sectors.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, Mohammed enjoys cycling, hiking, and exploring new destinations outside of work.
