Patrick Shamba, Ph.D., is a technical advisor for the Tobacco Control Data Initiative (TCDI) program in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He has extensive experience helping governments, civil society organizations, and the World Health Organization (WHO) to assess needs in the implementation of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) in different African countries.
