Riham is a seasoned operations and education leader with over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning EdTech, digital learning, workforce development, and cultural programming. She has managed complex donor-funded projects and multi-stakeholder partnerships with organizations such as Edraak – Queen Rania Foundation and Luminus Education Group, where she led large-scale digital transformation initiatives and collaborations with global institutions including Pearson, edX, ASU, and the International Finance Corporation.
Her career reflects a consistent focus on people and processes — empowering teams, optimizing systems, and ensuring education and opportunity reach those who need it most, including underprivileged and refugee youth.
In her role as DG’s Project Manager on ASAS in Jordan, Riham serves as DG’s primary representative within the ASAS consortium, responsible for both building and maintaining strong working relationships with consortium partners as well as external partners, including the Ministry of Education and universities, among others, and also ensuring DG’s component of the program runs smoothly and efficiently.
Riham holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources as a Strategic Partner from Middle East University. Fluent in Arabic and English, and is passionate about advancing innovation in education and supporting youth and entrepreneurs.
