Victoria Blackham

Victoria Blackham joined DG as a Program Associate working with TCDI, IFAD, and VIFAA programs. She graduated from the University of Rochester in May 2021 with a BA in Economics. Victoria worked for the City of Rochester after graduating to provide support for financial empowerment initiatives as an Americorps volunteer. Previously Victoria provided research support for the City of Rochester as a policy intern for the Commission on Racial and Structural Equity. She also spent six months in Cape Town, South Africa in 2019 taking courses at the University of Cape Town and volunteering with SHAWCO Education.
