Ousmane Koné

Ousmane Koné is a Senior Program Manager working on the Soil Nutrient Roadmap (SNR) Project. He previously managed the Visualizing Insights on Fertilizer for African Agriculture (VIFAA) program. Ousmane has 12 years of experience implementing a broad portfolio of funded programs, and has designed mobile digital strategies for global institutions and international NGOs to reach their last-mile clients/beneficiaries through distance learning, surveys, hotlines, marketplaces, and chatbots.

Ousmane holds a DBA in Project Management and has proven experience overseeing large-scale projects in agriculture, fisheries, food security, micro-insurance, maternal health, SRH, financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, SBCC, public health, etc, in East and West Africa. Prior to joining DG, Ousmane worked with Viamo, myAgro, DKT International, and AIESEC International.
