Winnie is a Kenya-based Program Manager, actively involved in the operational aspects of several of DG’s ongoing projects. She is currently the East Africa Regional Coordinator for the Tobacco Control Data Initiative (TCDI), focused on engaging regional stakeholders, understanding their tobacco control data needs and requirements, and developing a dashboard responsive to specific needs. Winnie was also the Program Manager for the TASAI Visualizing Information on Seeds using Technology in Africa (VISTA) program.

She is adept in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and business development, following her work previous at WYG, an international consultancy firm. Winnie has a Master’s in International Studies from University of Nairobi in Kenya, and Bachelor’s in Development Studies from Maseno University.
