Sebastian is a full stack developer with over 20 years of software development and leadership experience, with full technical assistance and customization abilities in several programming languages. He has managed full technical teams across several projects as Lead Software Developer; and is currently Technical Team Lead for the Tobacco Control Data Initiative (TCDI) program, to develop tools to enable policy-makers to use essential data to more effectively inform policy. He also currently works on the Administrative Data-Driven Decisions (AD3) program, completing full development of the system’s user interface. Sebastian is experienced in multiple programming languages, giving him the ability to conduct deep-dive assessments of complex systems.
Sebastian is also actively engaged with open source solutions and the open data movement. He holds a Systems Analyst degree from the Escuela Superior de Comercio Manuel Belgrano (UNC) in Argentina.
