Nesit is a GIS Consultant at DG focused on the OpenDCH program in Côte d’Ivoire, to establish an Open Geospatial Data Center for Health in CIV. He leads mapping, training, and community engagement for the program. His expertise includes the design and management of GIS projects, as well as data collection and spatial analysis.
Before DG, he served as a GIS Consultant at the Direction de l’Informatique et de l’Information Sanitaire (DIIS) in Côte d’Ivoire. He is currently pursuing a UNIGIS Postgraduate study program in Geographic Information Systems from Universität Salzburg, and holds a degree from Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny.

The Open Geospatial Data Center for Health (OpenDCH) program aims to address gaps in both data supply and demand in Côte d'Ivoire, focusing on stakeholder engagement, alignment of data sources, and forging of data literacy. OpenDCH is a partnership between AidData, Development Gateway, the Ministry of Health’s Direction de l'Informatique et de l'Information Sanitaire (DIIS), and USAID/Côte d’Ivoire.
