Selam is the Ethiopia Country Lead for the Tobacco Control Data Initiative, and is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. She has a background in research and extensive experience working in the Ethiopian legal system.

Terefe is a public health analyst and epidemiologist with more than 15 years of experience. He is based in Addis Ababa and is the Research Lead (Consultant) for DG's Tobacco Control Data Initiative.

Seember is the VIFAA Country Lead for Nigeria, overseeing country-level tasks, communicating stakeholder priorities, and supporting Nigeria tool development. Seember is also Country Lead for Nigeria on the Tobacco Control Data Initiative (TCDI) team where she supports in-country implementation based on evolving project priorities.

Rodrigo is a Junior Developer for the TCDI program at DG.

As Program Manager, Winnie is the East Africa Regional Coordinator for the TCDI.

Marina Soledad Baralo is a Senior Software Engineer and Analyst based in Spain. With an expertise in Agile methodology, Marina skillfully manages the feature development of a wide range of DG tools.

Vanessa oversees DG’s West Africa operations from our hub in Dakar. She is responsible for the West African client portfolio, including project budgets, activities follow-up, recommendations, and evaluation.

Mauricio is a full stack developer at DG, and is a front-end developer for a range of flagship data portal projects. He also focuses on designing and developing UI visualizations.

Aminata is Regional Program Lead working on programs throughout West Africa, including as West Africa Regional Coordinator and Nigeria Project Manager for the Tobacco Control Data Initiative.

Anna Chewter is a Program Coordinator on DG's programs team.

Viorel is a software engineer at DG, focused on AMP. He provides on-site assistance, implements software deployment, and supports AMP training, finding on-site solutions to meet requirements.

As Chief Financial Officer, Hamadoun is a decisive “big picture” thinker as well as a collaborative, strategic leader.

Octavian is a software engineer at DG. He works across projects at DG including the UNDG IMS, AMP, and the Administrative Data for Decisions (AD3) program.

Jamila is a Business Development Consultant on the engagement and strategic partnerships team at Development Gateway.

Nafissatou Cisse Diaw is a Senior Associate (Consultant) working on DG's VIFAA and TCDI programs.

Lauren Eby is a Senior Program Manager at DG.

Julian de Anquin is the Program Manager and Technical Lead of DG’s Aid Management Platform (AMP), responsible for overseeing all feature development and maintenance of nearly 30 new and existing AMP implementations.

Diego is a technical team leader. At DG, he is currently the Technical Lead of the Visualizing Insights on Fertilizer for African Agriculture (VIFAA) program.

Sebastian is a full stack developer, and is currently the Technical Team Lead for the Tobacco Control Data Initiative (TCDI) program, and works on the Administrative Data-Driven Decisions (AD3) program.

Evariste is the MIS Technical Specialist for the Cashew-IN project. He is a specialist in information systems management, research, monitoring & evaluation, and project management with over six years of experience.

Erin writes grants and proposals in support of DG’s business development and provides broader support for DG's Engagement and Strategic Partnerships team.

Fernando leads all digital development work at DG. He focuses on delivering high-quality, stable, and sustainable products, with an emphasis on user interface and user experience design.

Yohannes is a data analyst and data systems professional with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in analysis, visualization, and the use of data to support data-driven decision-making.

Yosef Getachew is a Data Use Advisor on DG's aLIVE program.

Mohammed Ghazal is a Data Advisor on DG's ESAS Jordan project and is based in Amman, Jordan. 

Vanessa oversees all DG project teams. She ensures high-quality products and services, and alignment across organizational operations, strategy, and functions.

Beverley is an international lawyer with experience in project implementation, client management, policy analysis, and data protection.

Gabriel is a full stack developer, focused on DG projects related to aid management, open contracting, and geolocation data visualization.

Galina is a front-end web and Wordpress CMS developer who has strong experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a range of current front-end frameworks.

Lilit is a Quality Assurance expert who manages DG's software Quality Assurance (QA) programs and teams, including leading the QA process for AMP.

Annie is DG's technical advisor for research design, indicator development, methodological guidance, and strategies for increasing the use of data for decision-making.

Rachel is Senior Tobacco Advisor working on the Tobacco Control Data Initiative (TCDI) program. She provides strategic guidance toward the program and has a background in tobacco data within country contexts.

Nurhan is DG's Director of Programs. She leads our portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring high performance standards and enhancing cutting-edge, evidence-based programming.
